I had to find a new feed store when I moved to Kansas City to find rabbit food for my Flemish Giant and to get dog food for my two dogs. I discovered this oh so cute store on Wornall Avenue in Kansas City in the Waldo neighborhood. The outside is red and looks like a small barn. When you walk inside, it feels like you're standing in a working barn with old wood and rafters. There's even a cat that has been hanging out there for the past year. I tried to get a photo of him, too, but he didn't stay long enough for me to get a good one. This feed store has been around a long time and from the very friendly service I received, I can see why. I used a tilt-shift technique to give the photo a miniature scale model look. ! This building towers over Templeton's Main Street and is probably its most recognizable symbol. It has been rebuilt since it burned down 50 years ago. (or)
